Q: How fast do you deliver?
A: We are able to deliver the casket as soon as the next morning (8:00 am pacific time) from the time of you placing the order. Contact us for more details.

Q: What is white glove delivery?
A: White Glove Delivery doesn't mean that the delivery staff wear white gloves. What it does mean is that it will be delivered inside the Funeral Home and inspected prior to having the Funeral Home Staff sign off on the paper work. Contact us for more info.

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: Shipping Insurance?
A: All casket shipments will automatically include freight insurance to cover any damages that may result in the shipping process. Your casket will arrive on time and in good condition. Q: How you ship the Caskets?
A: We ship all caskets in a protective “air tray” shipping box on commercial air carriers. All casket shipments will automatically include freight insurance to cover any damages that may result in the shipping process. Your casket will arrive on time and in good condition.
